Two weeks ago I unfortunately was in a situation where I had to cancel the night before I was supposed to be a supporting role on an undergrad student film (I had a medical emergency and was out of commission for several days). It was an unpaid role and I hadn't signed any contracts, but it's obviously an incredibly shitty situation to put the director in and I was really embarrassed about it.
I know the bridge is burnt with the director, and likely other directors at the school as I don't think it's a huge program, and I also know that I wouldn't have been able to do the job in the condition I was in. So it feels like I should be able to make my peace with this.
But I just can't get around this sense of anxiety that I've ruined my chances at ever being able to pursue acting more? I'm new to acting and have a non-acting day job, but I live in a non-NYC/LA/ATL city where there are only a handful of schools with film programs so it's not like I have a huge amount to pick from.
Any advice on how to move on from this in a productive way rather than continuing to beat myself up over it?

2023.04.01 06:54 PlasticFriend5660 Skeleton types stuck in T-Pose
OK, everything was working great. UNTIL I discovered that all skeleton types (Bonemen, Conjure Wrathman, etc.) enemy and conjure-friends are T-posing. If you summon a bone-based friendly it appears in the T-pose and remains static at the location it appeared. I've tried unchecking mods, running FNIS, even reinstalling SKYRIM SE, nothing has worked. Below is my MO2 load order, maybe something here is conflicting with the bone-type characters. Maybe a mod is now to break the animations for the bone-types, I have no clue. I did do some dabbling with the NEMESIS engine on a separate profile, but that was a week ago.

Given the time that has elapsed, it is certainly possible (maybe even plausible) that Rockstar Games is deep in development on Grand Theft Auto VI. To that end, a supposed QA tester claims to have the skinny on the next installment.
We should preface this information with a disclaimer. There is no way of knowing if the supposed QA tester is what the person claims to be, or if any of the leaked details are accurate. All we know is that it's been a long time since the last Grand Theft Auto gaming (though Grand Theft Auto Online has been receiving continued updates and support).
What is interesting about the situation, though, is the anonymous source first posted the leak on Reddit, and it was removed by the moderators. It's not clear if perhaps Rockstar Games pressured the mods to take down the content. All that said, let's jump into it.
The folks at Dexerto managed to preserve the post. According to the original poster, the map in GTA VI is "huge" and covers to major cities, those being Carcer City and Vice City. Carcer City is based on Boston, and Vice City is based on Miami.
According to the leaker, GTA V is a "schoolyard playground" compared to the massive map in GTA VI. The leakers says Rockstar Games improved the weather effects and polished things up, borrowing from its experience on Red Dead Redemption 2.
"The map is huge, like stupendously huge, hence the game's emphasis on air travel. It makes GTA 5 look like a schoolyard playground. There is an array of atmospheric effects that bring out the life in everything. Light pollution, hurricane winds, morning fog, etc. I've never seen an open world game this realistic before," the leaker wrote.
Grand Theft Auto V Plane and Traine
Assuming all that is accurate, it would be a good opportunity to inject real-time ray tracing into the mix, though there is no mention of that. Instead, the focus is on the size of the map. The leaker says it's so big that it's "a little awkward traveling from Boston to Miami," in part because there are no other major cities in between them, in the game. Expect a lot of air travel, if that's the case.
The leaker also says GTA VI will again put players in control of multiple characters, just like in GTA V. One of the protagonists is said to be "an undercover cop or something," and other might possibly be a sibling. In addition, the leaker says Rockstar Games "complete revamped" the mission design.
"You can permanently abandon some missions or take different routes that sprout different consequences," the leaker says.

I’ve known about the move for a few months now, but it never really sank in how different things were gonna be until this week, especially today.
It’s crazy it’s been 5 years since he first started working with me, and I was complaining to my friends that the weird new guy thought I was going in for the hug when I was just trying to grab something off the table next to him.
I really wouldn’t have guessed I’d be shedding actual tears for the first time in years over him leaving. He didn’t seem like the kind of guy I’d be friends with. Yet, over the years, seeing him and working with him for hours everyday… we just clicked.
It’s hard to even describe it, but we really made a duo.
I’ll miss the way we play off each other’s jokes to mess with people. I’ll miss the way he always hypes me up. I’ll miss him taking pictures of my shit parking and sending it all our friends. I’ll miss him getting way too angry at anyone I complain about and end up making me laugh it off. I’ll miss getting drunk and needing out friend to pick us up while we shout random shit at all the poor innocent people we drive past. I’ll miss those looks we could give each other that we just knew…
Over the week, we’ve been having so much fun when we’ve been hanging out. But everything had a little bit of sad tacked on it as the last day got closer and closer. But now we’re here, and life is going to be so different without him being there everyday.
Idk if this belongs here, I just felt like I needed to vent my feelings somewhere. A lot of our friends have been crying and sad and all that, but I’m trying to be there to help everyone keep spirits up- and I’d rather them not know how much it’s getting to me
