I think usps fucked me. I ordered GW, BPC 157 , MK2677, and Nova all at once from the same vendor (trusted source) and it said it was delivered 2 days ago, but I didn't receive anything. I contacted the postal service that it was being shipped with and they had no clue. I contacted the vendor, but I'm still waiting to hear back. Do you think someone found out what was in the packages and stole my shit? I'm really passed right now.

2023.04.01 03:08 YiYiOneOne "find_unused_parameters=True" affect the convergence during distributed training of multiple GPUs?
what is the effect of setting the "find_unused_parameters=True" in model = torch.nn.parallel.DistributedDataParallel(model, device_ids=[config.local_rank], find_unused_parameters=False)?
If I set "find_unused_parameters=True", my model will not converge during training on multi GPUs while converging on training one single GPU. I was wondering if we could not set "find_unused_parameters=True".
In my model training, if "find_unused_parameters=False", it will raise an error as follows:
RuntimeError: Expected to have finished reduction in the prior iteration before starting a new one. This error indicates that your module has parameters that were not used in producing loss. You can enable unused parameter detection by passing the keyword argument `find_unused_parameters=True` to `torch.nn.parallel.DistributedDataParallel`, and by
making sure all `forward` function outputs participate in calculating loss.
If you already have done the above, then the distributed data parallel module wasn't able to locate the output tensors in the return value of your module's `forward` function. Please include the loss function and the structure of the return value of `forward` of your module when reporting this issue (e.g. list, dict, iterable).

So 4 years ago I took too much adderall and smoked weed and had an ischemic stroke caused by a vasospasm in my occipital lobe. I only lost some of my vision.
I am 29. I have severe golfers elbow. Like 2 years plus struggling with it. I lift with straps.
I was thinking about starting BPC-157 but was worried about maybe causing another vasospasm? What do y’all think?

Hey guys, I know there is a lot of info circulating but I’m curious if anyone has any anecdotal successes with my particular height and body weight. I’ve been nursing a shoulder injury for years. Started taking oral BPC-157 and was surprised with the success. I want to take it a step further and start pinning. Just curious about:
-dosing -needle gauge -time of dose and how often
I’m 180lbs 5’9” and pretty lean.

Voice2Skull: the Frey Effect
Electromagnetic weapons and Havana Syndrome Since Ericsson was responsible for designing and implementing mobile networks in NATO states. Given the evidence collected it is almost without a doubt that DARPA and Ericsson have collaborated in a special access program to incorporate a military weapon into the 4G and subsequently the 5G network.
The weapon operates at frequencies around 2.4 Ghz in the S-band, which has experimentally been confirmed by having a subject standing in front of a microwave oven after which enhanced perception of the Voice2Skull effect of the weapon was noted. The same effect was noted when wearing 2.4 Ghz bluetooth headphones, as well as when near a laptop transmitting wifi at 2.4 Ghz. It is surmised that this is due to constructive interference as a microwave oven operates at 2.450 Mhz.
To create the carrier wave for the three modalities of the weapon, a frequency divider is used to first down-convert to somewhere between 100-400Mhz, a frequency range where the applications of the three modalities become viable. The three modalities of the weapon are respectively:
Voice2Skull (to deliver speech - uses the Frey Effect or “microwave auditory effect”) Voice2Mind (to read and write brain activity) Voice2Kill (to disable or kill a target).
Voice2Skull
To create the Frey Effect, in this implementation dubbed “Voice2Skull”, the down-converted carrier wave wave is pulse modulated to generate a signal at approximately 7-15Khz (note: awaiting analysis) which is capable of creating vibrations in bone structures in the human skull. This causes the subject to hear audio that is not amenable to being blocked by covering the ears.
The Frey Effect, also known as the microwave auditory effect[1] is enabled through pulsed microwave irradiation of the human scalp. The correct frequency range at which pulsed microwaves are able to penetrate the scalp and enter the brain but not cause a noticeable heating effect would be at approximately 7-15Khz. This causes thermo-acoustically induced sound waves to appear inside the head. The first practical application of this technology was colloquially named the Voice of God Weapon for its ability to make enemies in battle drop to their knees and surrender as though they had been commanded to do so by their gods (). It is especially effective as it can transmit acoustic messages into a person’s mind without those around them hearing anything out of the ordinary.
Recording the Frey Effect Recently it was discovered that the Frey Effect can be detected using adequately sensitive recording devices. For those who lack expensive audio equipment, an especially accessible option to the public is an application in the Apple store named Hear Boost ().
It is thought the algorithm the application uses makes it sensitive enough to detect secondary acoustics coming off the human scalp and propagating into the surrounding environment. Another theory is that a mobile phone and its component parts also selectively sensitive to the Frey Effect, resonating at the correct frequencies to amplify the incoming acoustics before they are picked up by the phone’s microphone after which the application does the rest of the work.
When using Hear Boost to record the Frey Effect, turn the slider up to at least 180% and enable the voice filter. Good results can be achieved either by aiming the phone’s microphone toward the scalp or by aiming it into the corners of a room, where constructive interference slightly amplifies the acoustics. You can subsequently use something like Audacity () to boost the subsequent recorded vocalisations to end up with quite intelligible speech using the provided plugins. A good signal chain uses normalisation, multiband compression, low and high-pass filtering, equalisation, some slight reverb () and a peak limiter.
No room for competition
When recordings have been made of the Frey Effect by targeted individuals, cyber attacks can be expected, on their network infrastructure, their computers, file systems and mobile phones. No device is safe to sufficiently equipped intelligence services. They will try to mangle, delete or overwrite recordings or mess with the targeted individual by other means. As an example, as soon as a fuzzy feeling is noticed while editing or handling audio files or other sensitive evidence, or it becomes hard to tell whether a recording is being heard or interpreted properly, it is important for the targeted individual to take a break. The intelligence services use brain-entrainment based mind-control to make unresponsive targeted individuals confused and prone to making editing or file handling mistakes.
Keeping recordings safe against hackers
It is important to work offline as often as possible. It is additionally very important to keep any bluetooth devices turned off as bluetooth is very susceptible to exploits. Always work completely offline when working with writable files or file systems. Make sure files are stored on one or more SD-cards, which should only be inserted when your computer is offline. SD-cards have a small latch on the side that makes it possible to lock them for writing.
It is good practice to generate SHA hashes for any important files and to store them with the corresponding files themselves. This way other parties verify the integrity of those files. If another party receives a file and its hash, and then calculates the SHA hash for the file themselves, it should match the original SHA-hash. If not, this means the file has been tampered with or has become corrupt in transit.
When done working with files, move them all to SD-cards and lock them using the small latch on the side, so they cannot be inadvertently written to - by the owner, or by hackers. Keep SD-cards locked as much as possible and carry them with you if possible. In some circumstances it can be wise to distribute SD-cards to trusted parties for redundancy and security.
What you do with the files subsequently is your “problem” (don’t count on intelligence services to investigate misuse of V2k, believe me I tried) but you might want to research investigative journalism.
I will leave it to individuals to figure out the technology stack involved, because that is highly dangerous information, but “Frey effect” should put the brighter minds in a position to figure out how such a technology would be delivered to a moving target given the current state of radio technology. If lucky all will be revealed soon anyway. And if enough of us get through we might be able to blow this out of the water.

2023.03.31 21:28 Mason_Lutz 20 day BPC-157 and 14 day TB-500 cycle long enough?
I ordered 10mg vials of BPC-157 and TB-500. If I take 250mcg BID of BPC, I’ll be able to run it for 20 days. For the TB-500 I’m planning on taking 2.5mg twice weekly which would be 14 days. Is this a long enough cycle? I’m using it mainly for my chronic patellar tendinopathy but also hoping it will help with my grade 1 SLAP tear too.

2023.03.31 20:25 alexl_4 $AQST - Long-term high-risk, high-reward, pharma play w/ potential for +1000% return
$AQST - Aquestive Therapeutics is a biotech company developing orally administered products to treat seizures, allergic reactions, and other CNS conditions.
Enter Aquestive's Lead Drug, AQST-109... Now for the real potential golden egg. Aquestive is working on an orally administered drug to treat allergies that is a direct alternative to EpiPen's autoinjector. The clear and obvious benefit here is that the patient would not have to stab themselves with a needle in order to administer the drug. EpiPen autoinjectors have been known to have failures (
https://www.center4research.org/epipen-maker-failed-investigate-product-flaws-associated-patient-deaths-fda-says/), and also require some degree of manual skill in order to administer. Compare this with ease of oral administration via dissoluble film strip, and it doesn't take a leap of imagination to comprehend why one method of treatment would be preferred over the other.
AQST-109 has already shown positive pharmacokinetic (efficacy of drug in a living organism, measured by dosage, drug plasma concentration, distribution, time to absorption, and many more measured factors) results in their initial head-to-head study with EpiPen (
https://aquestive.com/aquestive-therapeutics-announces-positive-epiphast-ii-trial-data-for-aqst-109-when-compared-to-epipen/). Latest headlines and news re-affirms that they are publishing the positive data to the scientific community
The Epinephrine market is absolutely massive. "The global epinephrine market is projected to grow from $1.75 billion in 2022 to $3.63 billion by 2029, at a CAGR of 11.0% in forecast period." (
https://www.fortunebusinessinsights.com/epinephrine-market-104291). Estimated fair-value SP is anywhere between $7-$12. A very rough estimate equation to calculate market value would be = cost per vial (treatment) * number patients * market penetration (factor of market adoption 0.0 - 1.00). Number for this equation are wildly speculative, so it's hard to even project. I'm looking more at the SP pre-Libervant approval, and how it was expected to be $9+ on/at approval. However, that did not pan out and we are where we are now. AQST-109 is a different kettle of fish with no direct competitor and a significantly larger market for the drug's application.
Financials and estimated SP targets Aquestive has continued to shore up their financials. They have drastically cut spending, and are continuing to be paid for other drugs in their pipeline, as well as secure new deals for drug sales. The past few ER's they have surprised and beat the street estimate significantly.
Losses have been significantly less than estimated. 2023 will be a very big year for AQST as the stage 3 trials and studies will take place. The projected timeline for results to be submitted for FDA approval are year end 2023 or sometimes early 2024.
Analysts have a projected a price target of $7-$10 (
https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NASDAQ/AQST/price-target/).
Final thoughts! With a current SP of over 1$ at time of writing, this stock has the potential for 1000%+ upside. If you don't mind investing on the pretense of future successful clinical trials, and an FDA approval, while holding shares for 1-2 years, then the potential payoff is worth it IMHO. I have been dollar cost averaging down, and I'm holding nn,nnn shares until the results of the AQST-109 pipeline are submitted for FDA approval sometime in 2023-2024.

2023.03.31 19:30 Oyete Waynance, the first crypto payment platform in just one click. Waynance could end up being the VISA/Mastercard of crypto
| [Disclaimer] This post has a mere informational purpose, there is no shilling here. It has no token and it won't have one. It is a bit long, but it is necessary to explain what it is and how it works. It should actually be longer, I didn't explain everything to not make it longer. This technology can help all of us who believe in cryptp and I believe it will be huge in the future. TL;DR at the end. Yesterday one user opened a post about which crypto would be the easiest to integrate for a business, I bring a solution for this. And no, it's not just for one crypto, it's for all of them. I decided to create this post in order to give visibility to a Spanish project which could change the adoption of crypto. It’s a bit hard (and long) to explain so I will try to sum it up the best I can. I will be able to answer some questions later today and this weekend. https://preview.redd.it/k8vbdoicz3ra1.jpg?width=431&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1429e9979694fbf62811e1754968377c69fb3a2c What is Waynance? Waynance is a universal cryptocurrency payment software that allows transactions between businesses and clients. This is done without anybody holding the money and with no other intermediary that charges a commission. The money goes straight from the client’s wallet to the commerce’s one. This software has already been patented in Spain (it's about to be accepted) and is currently in process of being accepted by the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), which will make it unique in 157 countries. It also allows the connection of the blockchain (Web 3.0) with the actual website system (Web 2.0), making it possible to integrate this tool as payment gateway in each single platform. What problems does it solve? It allows one to make payments in every possible blockchain and it is compatible with all the different wallets without the need for external platforms or the use of complementary hardware. Furthermore, payment would be done with one single click thanks to Waynance being compatible with all the existent payment systems (both physical and virtual). Point Of Sale (POS) terminals, dataphones, ATMs, vending machines, e-commerce etc. This would make it possible to integrate the system into every kind of commerce without the need of modifying their existing payment method. It can also be easily included in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, PrestaShop etc. How does it work? Waynance, with the implementation of Waynance Pay, makes it possible to establish simultaneous communication between wallets, a payment platform and the blockchain. When we accept the payment, Waynance Pay recognizes the price of the cryptocurrency and the amount which needs to be paid. It then calculates the commission of the transaction and indicates the final amount to be paid. For example, one commerce only wants to receive payments in stablecoins. Clients will be able to pay in every single cryptocurrency (ETH, MATIC, ALGO, DOT, BTC etc.) and the commerce will get paid in the required coin. This process will take place without the need for introducing the hash, the wallet, passwords etc. It will be fully automatic. Users will be able to decide in which cryptocurrency they want to pay and from which wallets they want to send them. If there isn’t enough amount in the first wallet the system will get tokens of the different wallets until there is enough amount to make the payment. This process takes less than six seconds, even with BTC. (Yea, I know it would make no sense to pay with BTC). Payments can be made via QR and via NFC (card and bracelet). There are videos showing how it works in their Telegram channel. Additional information: The system has been tested since summer in some taxis and small stores in Spain since summer and they are getting ready to launch it during the last days of April. The company is based in Spain and is ready to operate in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela at the moment. Some new countries will be included soon. Russia won't be included for obvious reasons and it will take a whole to take it to the USA for legal reasons. They are now participating in the Meta World Congress in Madrid ( https://www.metaworldcongress.es/) and they recently came back from the 2023 Honk Kong Web3 Impact Innovation Summit (news in Chinese https://foresightnews.pro/article/detail/29447), where they were invited to visit the Legislative Council of Hong Kong. Links: Website (in Spanish): https://waynance.com/ There are videos on their Telegram channel but I can't link them or the post will be locked. If people are interested I will ask them to upload them to Youtube. Example of how it would be used to pay in digital euro: Simulation => You can scan the QR and see the transaction in the blockchain. In other videos you can see this done with real crypto, using both the card and the bracelet. If people are interested I will do my best to answer the different questions and provide more information later today and during the weekend. TL;DR: Waynance allows users to link wallets to NFC cards or bracelets and make payments from said wallet to the commerces wallets with just one click. submitted by Oyete to CryptoCurrency [link] [comments] |
2023.03.31 18:04 Zombie_Be_Gone Has anyone here used BPC-157 for a cruciate ligament tear?
My dog has a cruciate ligament tear and surgery is is extremely expensive . My dog maybe has 2-3 years left of life as he's a Rotti and 8 years old. He's in great shape right now for his age other than the tear.
We have gotten his weight down substantially to help with his condition to alleviate weight on the tear. Again I'm asking if this could help and not fix him other than giving him quality of life as we don't have money for surgery right now. Thanks for reading.

2023.03.31 17:19 their_teammate +2 S&B vs +2 GWM, Ancestral Echo
Just got a +2 shield from mission drop of a west march server. Currently using GWM +2 Glaive, but considering switching over to sword (or axe/stick) and board. Class/Race is Echo Knight/Ancestral Guardian Wildhunt Shifter, lv 11 with a 8/3 split.
Pros:
- +4 AC almost doubles my survivability against CR monsters of my level (11).
- 55% chance of being hit vs 25% chance, dtpr (damage taken per round) goes down from ~39 dtpr to ~25 dtpr, around 57% increase to survivability. Data source & math at end of post.
- Value goes up against lower CR creatures with lower to-hit, and protects me against groups of enemies which can be just as deadly as a single enemy.
- I'm an Ancestral Guardian, so taking attacks is my job.
- I can switch out GWM for another feat, such as Crusher or Skill Expert, and I can drop Gauntlets of Ogre Power. No GWM also means landing Ancestral Protectors more reliably.
Cons:
- No GWM, which usually combos excellently with Reckless Attack. Average DPR goes down from 33.85 to 24.57, around a 30% loss to dpr.
- I'm also an Echo Knight, so I can mark my target with Ancestral Guardian from a distance and keep them away with Sentinel.
- Doesn't protect against saving throw damage.
- Have to pick up a magical, preferably +1 or +2, 1-handed weapon somehow. Probably either from downtime or auction.
Switching over Blind Fighting to Dueling, 1d8+2 is slightly better than 1d10, but not sure compared with 1d10+10 (-5). I also want to note that PAM doesn't work through Echo, and my bonus action is already filled with Echo, Rage, Shifting, and Second Wind, so shield and spear isn't an option for me.
Should I stay GWM or switch over to S&B?
Average DTPR cr11: 71.5
Average to-hit cr11: 8
Chance to hit AC17: 100% - ((17-8 = 9) /20 = 45%) = 55%
Chance to hit AC21: 100% - ((21-8 = 13) /20 = 65%) = 35%
DTPR AC17: 71.5*0.55 = 39.325
DTPR AC21: 71.5*0.35 = 25.025
Survivability increase: (39.325/25.025 = 157.14%) - 100 = 57%
Base chance to hit: 60%
Average damage Reckless, Dueling, Rage, +1 weapon (min to hit 7, advantage, 1d8+4+2+1+2 damage): 25.45
Average damage Reckless, GWM, Rage, +2 weapon (min to hit 11, advantage, 1d10+4+10+2+2 damage): 36.32
DPR loss: 100% - (25.45/36.32 = 70.07%) = 29.93%

2023.03.31 17:09 b_evil13 Questions on wound healing for leg ulcer similar to a diabetic ulcer
Reasons it's not healing Poor blood flow to the area Lymphedema and lymphatic draining The area was so traumatized it's struggling to heal
Looking for advice on what would be the best thing to help finally heal this thing bc wound care has done nothing for the last year but debride no ointments besides occasionally silver nitrate and then more recently some type of grafts but they aren't made from his skin, but Insurance won't pay anymore for more grafts this year.
Something to promote collagen, skin regeneration, blood flow, lymphatic system support, is what I think would help.
I'm looking for suggestions/advice/info/reassurance on any peptides you all would recommend.
But also specifically on: ghk-cu BPC-157 Tb500
Also info on ROA? Topical, Injection, oral, nasal spray? I know some drugs are best taken certain ways so does it matter how one takes them? I'm just about to purchase some Tirzepatide and was going to get some of the tb500 with it, but it's powder and I'm thinking is that the best way to get it? should he be injecting or making caps with it?
I'm so new to this, but I see the potential for many applications. of course wound care Dr had no clue about any of it, though he wasn't against it. he said oh you can get it from food or gnc lol. Well guess what we aren't getting it from food! I'm just hoping to try anything to help him heal bc this has been going on for far too long.

2023.03.31 08:25 DistributionCrafty65 How many shrooms should I take?
I’ve tripped many times before so I’m not worried about taking too high of a dose I just don’t want to waste my shrooms. Took 4 G’s 2 1/2 days ago and I want a dosage that’s gonna make me feel like 2.5-3 G’s despite the tolerance I now have. I’ve used the psychedelic calculator but it’s pretty innacurate for me. It says I would need like 7 G’s but Ik that would be too much because my tolerance doesn’t grow that fast. I’ve blasted off on 2 G’s and had a similar trip the next day with 2.2
I have penis envy and yeti’s any help would be appreciated also I’m doing lemon tek as always.

2023.03.31 04:42 Twenty1Chromos Best source for Injectable BPC-157
I’m new to peptides and wanting to try out BPC-157 for knee and shoulder issues so figured this would be the place to ask. I’ve used TRT so not worried about injecting but I am nervous finding a source for injectable BPC. I’ve always gotten what I inject from pharmacies so this is new to me. Would also appreciate some details about your experience with BPC-157 or other peptides for similar issues. TIA

2023.03.31 01:12 Extension_Target_821 Will BPC 157 and TB 500 reduce the effectiveness of my PRP injection?
I’m getting a PRP injection in 6 days for a patellar tendonitis injury and have already been injecting BPC 157 and TB 500 for a couple weeks or so. I figured I’d add in a PRP injection for the extra boost.
I was told to avoid anti-inflammatories for 10 days prior to the injection. I’ve read that both peptides contain these properties, but I’ve also read of some people pairing the injections with the peptides.
I’ve had PRP before several years back for a hamstring injury and know there’s an inflammation phase in the beginning. Should I just stop taking the peptides for a while until a few weeks after the injection or does it matter?

2023.03.31 00:21 StonedQ Seeking advice, they use to work, now not so well..
I've made close to 50 or so batches of cannabis infused oil/edibles over the past 7ish years. Ive always used the howtoedibles calculator for dosages and been satisfied with the results, and recently (last few batches) scientificedibles' calculator.
Is it possible for tolerance for edibles to remain the same even without using them for a long period of time? I'm asking because when I first started making edibles my dosages were around 50mg, the highest ever being ~200mg and that was a bit too much fun, almost scary. Now I'm back at making edibles again after a few years without any edibles or real thc (I used/vaped d8, not something I'd suggest) and I started out with store bought 10mg d9 gummies and they worked okay the first time, the second time not so much, third I doubled up and it was slightly similar to the first night, but still no real "peak". So now I'm making my own with flower and dosing right around 50mg of infused coconut oil, and still no real peak, I get waves and some of the waves are great but its like getting hit by a sprinkler when you want to be swimming. So what is that I may be doing wrong?
(Process, decarb 240f for 30mins, grind to almost a fine powder, add oil/butter to a pyrex bowl with the flower and lecithin, place pyrex bowl on a pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally, allow that to double boil for 2-3 hours((temps stay in the 180-200f range)), filter through a metal coffee filter, done)
Any advice/suggestions would be great. I dont mind trying higher doses but I don't know if that is a solution, without causing any issues.
Also is MCT oil betteeasier for the liver to digest? I have had liver damage from drinking, but my enzymes are back to normal levels again, but I'm wondering if that has an effect on how edibles are hitting me. I do feel them, but it doesn't seem as strong as before, so this is why I'm at a loss seeking advice.
As always, Thank you for reading and Thank you in advance for any responses I dont get back to.
