2023.03.29 09:28 Fun_Spot1002 YouTube terminated me for “hate speech and glorifying violence against people”
| I was livestreaming the Last of us multiplayer on Febuary 17th 2023. Right after I got off I got an email saying my channel was removed for glorifying violence against different age groups and about hate speech. The only thing that probably caused this to happen is some sort of algorithim or I dont know the content of the livestream maybe me killing other people in the game triggred this. Mind you some of the survivors in the game are of different ethnicites so maybe youtube thought I was glorifying violence against minorites?!?! I did not say anything at all as in hateful in the livestream at all as well. I've tried appealing and going on twitter but no luck! I've had this channel since gosh I don't know 5 years? 2023.03.29 09:27 Remarkable_Humor_488 Alps and the
Sorry guys, but, I'm not such in a good mood and just want to have my say about it and if you guys have any advice for me I would extremely grateful. I live in Munich, Germany and quite often I go to the German, Austrian and of course Italian Alps. All this countries have brilliant roads. But nowadays those amazing roads are now hobbled with ludicrously low speed limits. It's still worth riding for the views, but a lot of the fun has been smothered out of it. Ah and some areas in Tirol and have noise restrictions. The noise restrictions doesn't affect me,and I do understand why they're there, but I just get the feeling that I'm not wanted. Another stuff is the tolls in Austria have raised the price for this year. Damm😔 Please don't get me wrong. All the roads in the Alps are worth riding it. And I'm kind of obsessed with riding the highest paved roads, but I'm just considering to find good alternatives. But at the end of the day, I guess I'll have to go there😜 Thanks for your time reading this absolutely nonsense. I wish you guys a safe ride.🏍️😀💪🏍️

2023.03.29 09:27 Weblozy A Complete Guide on eCommerce Product Sourcing
E-commerce has become an increasingly popular way for businesses to sell products online. However, one of the most important factors in the success of an e-commerce business is sourcing products. Product sourcing refers to the process of finding and selecting products to sell in your online store. In this article, we will provide a complete guide on
e-commerce product sourcing.
Identify your niche
The first step in e-commerce product sourcing is to identify your niche. Your niche is the specific market segment that you are targeting with your online store. You need to have a clear understanding of your niche before you start sourcing products.
Research your market
Once you have identified your niche, you need to research your market. This involves finding out what products are currently selling well in your market segment, and what products are in high demand. You can use various tools like Google Trends, Amazon Bestsellers, and other market research websites to help you identify the best products to sell.
Find a supplier
Once you have identified the products you want to sell, you need to find a supplier. Many suppliers are available, but it’s important to find one that can provide high-quality products at a competitive price. You can use various sourcing websites like Alibaba, AliExpress, and others to find suppliers.
Evaluate the supplier
Once you have found a supplier, you need to evaluate them to make sure they are a good fit for your business. This involves checking their reviews, ratings, and testimonials, as well as checking their production capabilities, quality control, and shipping times.
Negotiate a deal
Once you have evaluated the supplier, you need to negotiate a deal with them. This involves discussing pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and other terms and conditions. Make sure you get everything in writing and don’t be afraid to negotiate to get the best deal possible.
Place your order
Once you have negotiated a deal, you can place your order with the supplier. Make sure you understand the payment terms and that you have a clear understanding of the delivery times.
Test the products
Once you have received your products, you need to test them to make sure they meet your quality standards. This involves checking for defects, damages, and other issues. If you find any issues, make sure you contact the supplier to resolve them.

2023.03.29 09:26 Simple-Measurement84 Breaking into Corporate Banking
Hi guys,
I had a question regarding roles that may act as good stepping stones into corporate banking. I'm a penultimate university student, majoring in Finance, in Australia and am looking into getting into corporate banking. At the moment, I'm unemployed and have around 8 months until when I will ideally be starting a Corporate Banking summer intern role in December. With applications around the corner, I have been looking into any available corporate intern-level roles that may help with cracking into Corporate Banking.
As of now, the job market - especially for intern-level roles, is quite dry and the only open opportunities I've come across are retail banking roles and a finance/mortgage broker role. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think retail banking wouldn't be as great of a stepping stone into Corporate Banking as other roles.
I was wondering then, what people think of interning at a Finance/Mortgage broking place and how relevant this may be when leveraging the experience in Corporate Banking interviews. How useful would this broking experience be given the work in credit analysis, loan application/reviews, and some sort of client relationship management?
I haven't been able to find too many experiences between transferring from finance/mortgage broking into commercial/corporate banking so was a hesitant to apply to the position.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! :))

2023.03.29 09:25 johhnbelloni What is the point of reviewing?
hi everyone,
im level 41 in pokemon go and in more than a year i submitted over 200 nominations. Most of them are still in queue/voting and around 10 got either accepted or rejected.
So, my brother got to level 37 a few months ago and obviously i was happy cause i thought "with one more reviewer the nominations will go through faster" but after a few months and 2000 reviews done by my brother he got to review only around 5 of my nominations and including nominations in a radius of around 10km from my house it goes up to around 30.
Wich to me its crazy cause whats the point of reviewing if you dont even get to review nominations near your home and instead you get far ones?
For example i got a few nominations that are still in queue after 1 year, why doesnt the system doesnt give those to review to my brother?
Why me and my brother (and probably other players) dont get to review nominations in our area?
Why are nominations still in queue after a year even if there players in that area that could potentially review them? and why doesnt the system doesnt give them to review?
I also wonder how many submission there are waiting in my area that i dont know about because the system doesnt give me them to review.
You could argue that if they gave you more reviews in your area cheating would be easier, and its true, but that would still be up to Niantic to ban the dudes with 6 alts to prevent cheating

2023.03.29 09:23 Autoplanetwheels The Risks of Not Having Regular Belt and Hose Services
| Introduction Regular belt and hose services are essential components of any vehicle, yet they often go overlooked in maintenance plans. Having regular belt and hose services, however, is a crucial part of keeping your car in good, safe working condition and avoiding costly repairs down the road. In this blog, we’ll discuss the risks of not having regular belt and hose services and why it’s so important to have these services done regularly. https://preview.redd.it/5ddh41lrqmqa1.png?width=400&format=png&auto=webp&s=f5c597a1f026513a3ad058ac3eec4bb2019e1787 What Are Belts and Hoses? Belts and hoses are two of the most important components of a vehicle’s engine and cooling system. Belts are responsible for transferring energy from the engine to the various components of the car. Hoses, on the other hand, are responsible for carrying fluids, such as coolant and oil, to the various parts of the engine and cooling system. Why Are Regular Belt and Hose Services Necessary? Belts and hoses are important components of a vehicle’s engine because they are responsible for the efficient operation of the car. If either of these components is not in good condition, it can cause a variety of problems, such as poor performance, decreased fuel economy, and even engine failure. Regular belt and hose services help ensure that these components are in optimal condition and that they are able to do their job efficiently and safely. What Are the Risks of Not Having Regular Belt and Hose Services? The risks of not having regular belt and hose services are numerous and can be costly. Here are some of the most common risks: 1. Overheating: Without regular belt and hose services, the engine may not be able to efficiently transfer energy or circulate coolant. This can cause the engine to overheat, which can lead to costly repairs or even engine failure. 2. Poor Performance: Worn or damaged belts and hoses can lead to decreased engine performance. This can make it difficult to accelerate, climb hills, or even maintain a consistent speed. 3. Fuel Inefficiency: Worn belts and hoses can also lead to decreased fuel efficiency, as the engine will have to work harder to transfer energy and circulate the coolant. This can lead to increased fuel costs. 4. Engine Damage:The most serious risk of not having regular belt and hose services is engine damage. A worn or damaged belt or hose can cause the engine to seize, leading to costly repairs or even engine failure. Conclusion Regular belt and hose services are essential components of any vehicle maintenance plan. Without regular belt and hose services, your car is at risk of overheating, poor performance, decreased fuel efficiency, and even engine damage. Investing in regular belt and hose services can help you avoid these costly problems and ensure that your car is running in optimal condition. submitted by Autoplanetwheels to u/Autoplanetwheels [link] [comments] |

Just received an email that my psych review has transferred to a new psychologist because my old one transferred out of the unit. I think I did pretty well on my oral psych, but would that jeopardize my case since I never met my new psychologist personally and he’s just reading the notes from my previous psychologist? Maybe I’m overthinking it.

2023.03.29 09:22 Bunnyloves-Cake DM Discrimination
I have been having heart problems this month (March) my heart rate will jump up to like 150-160, this happens randomly and it makes it hard to work as I have to sit down and if I am not at work it makes it unsafe to drive and is extremely exhausting. I am a ssv and I missed work on the 5th for this and I was the opening shift (I truly do not recall this). Monday, the 27th, I had to call out because I woke up not feeling well, I couldn't get my SM to answer the phone so I try to go into work, I am sobbing, and end up throwing up on the side of the road. I call everyone, my SM 10 times, other shifts, facilities (I know they can't help), finally I call another store to get the DM's number. I turned around bc obviously I threw up and by their own symptom checker I would fail.... So I call my DM, I am just coming down from crying, I am tired, sick, and he seems nice enough. So I don't think much of this, until I come in today, my manager pulls me in the back and tells me that the DM wanted her to have a conversation with me about FMLA, or Disability, or demoting etc., until I get better. I understand this and was doing it already but then she says that the DM told her that if I want to move up (I have aspirations of being ASM/SM) that I won't be able to do that if I keep getting sick and missing work. I said is that not illegal to discriminate based on health and disability issues and my manager says yes, but then continues to tell me that I should look into FMLA etc so that I am covered. She says that patterns of absence can be documented and result in separation, she says like 25% of missed shifts equals a pattern and I said have I gotten to 25%? and she goes "well I don't know," and I am not good at math but 2 absences in the whole of March when I work 5 days a week is not 25%. So I am super confused and honestly feeling really defeated and discriminated against. I don't really know what to do, I almost walked out today but I can barely afford to work there let alone afford to leave.

Darkness 16 year old Benrinnes Pedro Ximinez Scotch Whiskey, 51.3% ABV
Distillery: Benrinnes, Speyside
Price:$149 for 500mL
Chill filtered: Unknown
Bottled: 2023
Maturation: Quarter Cask Pedro Ximenez finish
Body: Russet/Sherry
Nose: Very 1 dimensional, vanilla, sweetness Palate: Lime juice(?), peat
Finish: peat, aniseed
Review: I like my smokey whisky, but something I really detest is whisky that tastes of peat but not smoke. This is exactly that kind of whisky. Any time you see me put peat and aniseed together in the finish, it's a sure fire sign that I hated the whiskey. This is finished in PX casks but really lacks the sweetness I'd expect from a good PX whiskey. It's there on the back end if you really look, but if I tasted this blindfolded, I wouldn't be surprised if you told me it was Johnny black.
I'm really disappointed in this dram. I'll give it another shot then likely fob it off on some mates who gladly drink the aforementioned Johnny black.
Would I buy this to open in 10 years time: Nope. I wish I hadn't bought it.
Would I give this as a gift to a fellow whisky enthusiast: If I knew this was to their taste, maybe? Probably not.
Would I give this as a gift as an introductory whisky: I want them to actually like whisky, so no.
Final Score: 24/100 Purchase link: Subscription Only
Rating Scale:
0-50: Just bad.
51-60: It's a mixer.
61-70: Will do if there’s no better options.
71-76: Average.
77-82: Good (depending on price and availability, will probably buy another bottle).
83-87: Great (a cut above).
88-92: Excellently Crafted.
93-96: Superior.
97-100: Whisky Nirvana.

| The best wine tasting tours on Santorini Santorini, the beautiful Greek island in the Aegean Sea, is famous for its stunning beaches, incredible sunsets, and delicious cuisine. But did you know that Santorini is also home to some of the most unique and delicious wines in the world? Thanks to the island's volcanic soil and Mediterranean climate, Santorini wines have a distinct flavor and character that's unlike anything else. So if you're a wine lover, you won't want to miss the opportunity to go wine tasting on the island. Here are the best wine tasting tours and wineries to check out in Santorini. The Unique Terroir of Santorini Wines Before we get into the best wine tasting tours and wineries, let's first take a look at what makes Santorini wines so unique. The island's volcanic soil is rich in minerals like calcium and potassium, which gives the wine a distinctive flavor. Additionally, the Mediterranean climate, with its hot, dry summers and mild winters, allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop complex flavors. There are several grape varieties grown on the island, but the most popular are Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Aidani. Best Wine Tasting Tours in Santorini One of the best ways to experience Santorini's wine culture is by going on a wine tasting tour. There are several wine tasting tours on the island, each offering unique experiences and an opportunity to taste the island's famous wines. Santorini Wine Adventure tour One of the most popular tours is the Santorini Wine Adventure tour, which takes visitors to three different wineries on the island. The tour lasts for approximately 5 hours and includes a visit to a traditional winery, a modern winery, and a boutique winery. During the tour, visitors will have the chance to taste up to 12 different wines, including some of the island's most famous varieties such as Assyrtiko, Nykteri, and Vinsanto. Santorini Wine Roads tour Another popular tour is the Santorini Wine Roads tour, which takes visitors to three different wineries and includes a stop at a local farm to sample local products such as cheese and olive oil. The tour lasts for approximately 4 hours and includes transportation, wine tastings, and a knowledgeable guide who can answer any questions visitors may have about the island's wine culture. Private Santorini Wine Tour For those looking for a more exclusive experience, the Private Santorini Wine Tour is a great option. This tour is fully customizable and allows visitors to create their own itinerary based on their preferences. Visitors can choose which wineries they want to visit, how many wines they want to taste, and can even opt for a private dinner or lunch at one of the island's wineries. Exploring Santorini's Best Wineries In addition to wine tasting tours, there are also several wineries on the island that are worth visiting. One of the most popular is the Santo Wines Winery, which is located on the cliffside of Pyrgos village and offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Santo Wines produces some of the island's most famous wines and offers visitors a chance to taste their wines and learn more about the island's winemaking process. Another popular winery is the Boutari Winery, which is one of the oldest wineries on the island. Boutari produces a range of wines using traditional winemaking methods and is known for its award-winning Assyrtiko and Nykteri wines. Visitors to Boutari can take a tour of the winery and taste their wines while enjoying the stunning views of the island. Santorini wineries Finally, for those looking for a more intimate and authentic wine tasting experience, a visit to a small family-run winery is a must. One such winery is the Gavalas Winery, which has been producing wine on the island for over 300 years. Gavalas produces a range of wines using organic methods and offers visitors a chance to taste their wines and learn about the winemaking process from the family who runs the winery. Private tours are a must-do activity for anyone visiting Santorini. With its unique terroir, stunning views, and delicious wines, the island offers visitors an unforgettable experience that they won't soon forget. Whether you choose to go on a wine tasting tour or visit a winery on your own, Santorini's wine culture is sure to leave a lasting impression. submitted by marina-travel to u/marina-travel [link] [comments] |

2023.03.29 09:20 Snigaroo Rule Discussion: Should AI-Generated Submissions be Banned?
It's been a while since we've had a META thread on the topic of rule enforcement. Seems like a good time.
As I'm sure many have noticed, there has been a big uptick of AI-generated content passing through the subreddit lately--
these two posts from ChatGPT and
this DALL-E 2 submission are just from the past day. This isn't intended to single out these posts as a problem (because this question has been sitting in our collective heads as mods for quite some time) or to indicate that they are examples of some of the issues which I'll be discussing below, but just to exemplify the volume of AI-generated content we're starting to see.
To this point, we have had a fairly hands-off approach with AI-generated content: it's required for users to disclose the use of the AI and credit it for the creation of their submission, but otherwise all AI posts are treated the same as normal content submissions. Lately, however, many users are reporting AI-generated content as low-effort: in violation of
Rule #4, our catch-all rule for content quality.
This has begun to get the wheels turning back at koter HQ. After all, whatever you think about AI content more generally,
aren't these posts inarguably low-effort? When you can create a large amount of content which is not your own after the input of only a few short prompts and share that content with multiple subreddits at once, is that not the very definition of a post that is trivially simple to create
en masse? Going further, because of the ease at which these posts can be made, we have already seen that they are at tremendous risk of being used as karma farms. We don't care about karma as a number or those who want their number to go up, but we
do care that karma farmers often 'park' threads on a subreddit to get upvotes without actually engaging in the comments; as we are a discussion-based subreddit this kind of submission behavior goes against the general intent of the sub, and takes up frontpage space which we would prefer be utilized by threads from users who intend to engage in the comments and/or whom are submitting their own work.
To distill that (as well as some other concerns) into a quick & dirty breakdown, this is what we (broadly) see as the problems with AI-generated submissions:
- Extremely low-effort to make, which encourages high submission load at cost to frontpage space which could be used for other submissions.
- Significant risk of farm-type posts with minimal engagement from OPs.
- Potential violation of the 'incapable of generating meaningful discussion' clause of Rule #4--if the output is not the creation of the user in question, how much engagement can they have in responding to comments or questions about it, even if they do their best to engage in the comments? If the content inherently does not have the potential for high-quality discussion, then it also violates Rule #4.
- Because of the imperfection of current systems of AI generation, many of the comments in these threads are specifically about the imperfections of the AI content in general (comments about hands on image submissions, for instance, or imperfect speech patterns for ChatGPT submissions), further divorcing the comments section from discussing the content itself and focusing more on the AI generation as a system.
- The extant problems of ownership and morality of current AI content generation systems, when combined with the fact that users making these submissions are not using their own work as a base for any of these submissions, beyond a few keywords or a single sentence prompt.
We legitimately do our best to see ourselves as impartial arbiters of the rules: if certain verbiage exists in the rules, we have to enforce on it whether we think a submission in violation of that clause is good or not, and likewise if there is no clause in the rules against something we cannot act against a submission. Yet with that in mind, and after reviewing the current AI situation, I at least--not speaking for other moderators here--have come to the conclusion that AI-generated content inherently violates rule #4's provisions about high-effort, discussible content. Provided the other mods would agree with that analysis, that would mean that, if we were to continue accepting AI-generated materials here, a specific exception for them would need to be written into the rules.
Specific exceptions like this are not unheard-of, yet invariably they are made in the name of preserving (or encouraging the creation of) certain quality submission types which the rules as worded would not otherwise have allowed for. What I am left asking myself is: what is the case for such an exception for AI content? Is there benefit to keeping submissions of this variety around, with all of the question-marks of OP engagement, comment relevance and discussibility, and work ownership that surround them? In other words: is there a reason why we should make an exception?
I very much look forward to hearing your collective thoughts on this.

2023.03.29 09:20 No-Engine3105 Lost in Florida!
33/F/Single. I am from the tri-state, have lived in South Jersey shore, Hoboken, Philly, D.C., (sorry for typos, on the phone)
Fam lives here in Florida land and there was a health emergency so I made the decision to come down and try to establish a life to be close by.
Pro:
-I have bad seasonal affective disorder and an auto immune disease that is negatively affected by cold weather. Winter always sucks. not having it this year has been great mentally and physically. I actually really enjoy hot weather and humidity.
-beach is great.
Con:
- the location family is in (Sebastian) I’m sorry, it is beautiful but what is here???? 1000000 cars on the roads at all times. the infrastructure, or lack of, makes NO sense. no work options for me as I work in nightlife event planning and all of this county feels very sleepy.
-it has been very hard adjusting to the wage gap. The job I took when I first got down her was in Orlando at a 40k pay-cut, which unfortunately seems to be the norm in my industry in the state.
Want:
I’m not tied down to where my folks live but somewhere 2-4 even 5 hour drive would be fine
Airport
Walkable areas
Diversity, great food, healthy nightlife scene
Strong sense of community
Singles over 30 can’t hurt
I’m on the artsy side
Abundant live music, events, block parties, etc. I’m not a huge partier but again, my work options depend on these things
salary for what I can afford is hard to determine…TBD…
I am used to making 70-75k a yr but most are going at $15-17/hr for bachelors required roles…I’ve noticed Miami wages are slightly higher than other places although it doesn’t seem high enough to sustain living there $$ unless it is?
I’d love feedback. This is a difficult time and very isolating. I have no friends here at all. I just want to find a happy place and be close to my family!
