I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like your hard-earned money is disappearing as soon as you receive it.
But then a friend hooked me up with an e-bike, and it’s been a game-changer. I can’t remember the brand of the bike; I think it was Nakto or something. Anyway, the price was right, and it exceeded my expectations. No more worrying about parking or gas, and the maintenance costs are next to nothing. Plus, it’s a fun and eco-friendly way to get around, and cycling has also improved my physical health and overall well-being. It’s really made me rethink the way I spend my cash, and I’m so grateful for the change.

I've seen you have a few options with car washes:
1 - gas station (never asked for a wash when filling up - didn't know you could!)
2 - self wash places (can't be bothered tbh)
3 - 세차장

I have a standard-sized sedan (K3). I don't need the interior done. I just want the outside to be given a good wash.
Am I reading the pricing, right? Does 4.5 stand for 4500W?
Can someone help me understand what it costs to get a wash done by a place like this? I've seen a few - specifically one under a Lotte Mart I go to but they were busy and told me to come back and I couldn't get pricing.

Every time I try and make a sell or buy the transaction fee window pops up it shows the initial price but will not load the gas fee it just shows a lighter grey color boxes and there is no way to complete the transaction. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

I mean this in the sense that it’s insane to me how much fucking work people put into minimum wage jobs. I have nothing but the utmost respect for minimum wage workers and the shit they have to go through. Shitty bosses, shitty coworkers and worst of all, customers. These big wigs get to sit at the top of their thrones while their little minions do all the actual hard labor and get royally fucked because of it. The whole American economy is fucked as a whole. Why am I busting my ass off at a retail job lifting heavy ass boxes just because I’m “big and strong” while my boss gets to comfortably sit in his office probably jerking off. What happened to power to the people? Why do we allow these big gas companies to choose how much they want us “the people” to spend on gasoline and thus effectively raising the cost of all other items across the U.S. Its totally fucked. This system is so fucked it’s insane. Anyone getting out of high school or in their early to mid twenties or hell, even thirties fucking struggle and I mean STRUGGLE to afford anything these days. Want a home? That’ll cost you an arm and a leg oh and your will to live. Want that car to drive to work? You gotta work for 500billion hours to afford a car and 100million more hours to afford gas and car insurance and maintenance and a place to park it. Don’t want to work a minimum wage job? Go spend 10000fuckbutttillion on a worthless piece of paper that might not even guarantee a job after 666years of studying and depression. The people at the top will stay at the top. I believe in hard work and true success, but that shit is rare these days and it’s slowly getting worse and is less accessible for newer generations. I KNOW for a fact that the “higher ups” at these big companies, gas companies and hell, even hospitals don’t give a single FUCK about you as a human being. They just see you how mr crabs sees SpongeBob. Why the hell are health care companies business owned anyways??? They all get to raise the prices however they want and the government doesn’t do shit about it. What as a society are we doing to change things? Is their any hope for future generations much like myself? (20M)

I have a roommate moving out at the end of this month to return to college, and I am looking for someone to move in once they move out.
My apartment is near the intersection of Austin Blvd. and Iowa St. in Oak Park. It is a 2 bed/1 bath that is 1000 sq ft. It is already furnished with my furniture (minus your bedroom), but I would be open to selling mine and/or incorporating yours if you would like that. There is gas heating and a gas stove/oven (the gas heating, water, and waste are included in the rent price/covered by the apartment company). Electric, cooking gas, and internet are the only monthly utility charges outside of rent. There is no central air as this is a more historic building. There is no washedrier in-unit, but there is a very close laundromat. There is a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave already here along with a sizable pantry. This unit is also pet-friendly.
For public transportation there is a bus stop right outside near the front of the apartment building, the Green line is less than 3/4 miles away, and the Blue line is less than 2 miles away. The bus route will take you to both. If you drive, there is on-street parking available and an off-street 24/7 lot available as well. Downtown Chicago is around an 8-mile drive away and is easy/quick to get to in the morning.
About Me: I’m a lower 20’s male, a recent college grad, I work in biological research downtown, I enjoy running, long-distance cycling, reading, video and board games, puzzles, animals, and being outdoors. I have a friendly and skittish cat named Tangerine, and I am welcoming to other cats and small dogs. I am an initially shy but very friendly person. I spend a lot of my time helping people out in the area by doing odd jobs and landscaping or home maintenance/improvement projects as well.
I don’t have a preference for male or female roommates (both of my previous roommates were female). Youngecollege-graduated would be more ideal, but I don’t really care as long as we get along and work together for a good living environment. I like to keep the main living areas somewhat clean, and I’m hoping you’d want the same. I am also open to short-term rentals if that is what you want/need.

We have a home, our kids are in great schools, until now we seemingly were okay.
I am a nurse and left a staff job to travel. They money was nice but I was miserable. After the assignment I have yet to find another permanent job. Everything is behind. Were about a week away from just selling the house and I can’t believe everything will be gone.
We can’t live off my husbands salary alone. I have 2 kids. 1 in grade school and the other is 2. I have a PRN job, but the cost of daycare doesn’t justify going to work. Add the skyrocketing price groceries, gas, our utilities have more than doubled in the past year. It has been like a domino effect and we can’t keep up. We have cut out everything possible from spending and it’s not enough.
I feel like a failure. I don’t want to move in with my parents. I feel like I could throw up. I hate that I work in healthcare because I work my ass off for nothing because I am disposable to the hospital system. They only care about their bottom line. I just want to live my life here but we can’t.
And the worst part… it costs more to rent than our mortgage. But add utilities, 2 car notes (we got the cheapest we could find) plus insurance. It’s too much.
How are other families doing it? I can’t figure it out anymore.
