Japan has the bosozoku/gentsuki style Hondas and Yamaha's from the early 80's
Italy with the vespa, classic 🤌
Indonesia with the vespa, but more mad Max style
Latvia had a group of mixed styles but surprisingly a fun vibe of large groups coming together for group riding
Southern US states (looking at you Florida) with the stretched and Slammed Honda ruckus folks
I know that South Korea and Thailand are big on scooters but I have troubles finding video clips to watch from their scenes. Bangladesh and India too.

So, a little while ago I was thinking about the change they made with Ms. Marvel, seemingly making her a Mutant instead of a Inhuman. I feel like a lot of people have just dismissed the change as simply them wanting to capitalise on a more popular type of character leading up to the introduction of the X-Men, and whilst I'm sure that's a part of it, I think there may be another simple reason that I haven't seen any other people mention: If she was an Inhuman, it's very likely she would have already gone through Terrigenesis. If you don't know what I mean, there are going to be some mild spoilers for Season Two onward of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. if you're worried about that. They're the type of spoilers that won't mean anything to you if you haven't seen the show but technically could be considered spoilers so, with this padding, you have been warned. Midway through Season Two, it's revealed that the character Skye is not only an Inhuman but is actually the comics character Quake, a plot point that would actually go on to influence the story of the comics character. At the end of the season, after some shenanigans, Terrigen Crystals are released and dispersed into the ocean, infecting the sea creatures, with the main plot of Season Three being triggered by people around the world experiencing Terrigenesis. Now, whether or not AoS is canon is a whole separate issue. I do believe it is and I made an entire post/rant about why (still hoping for a Secret Invasion reveal), but, as of right now, it is uncertain whether or not any or all of the events of the show are officially canon. However, let's assume for a moment that we know for a fact that is canon, it is very likely that Kamala would have already been exposed to the terrigen. I suppose its technically not impossible, but the odds that she wouldn't have seem insurmountable, so, if she was an Inhuman, she almost certainly would have gone through her Terrigenesis. Again, it's possible that AoS isn't canon. It's also possible that is canon but that this isn't the reason and that this is just coincidence. However, it's such a simple explanation that would work extremely well. When I thought about it, I was just like "Oh, that would make that make a lot more sense." This isn't really a full theory, it's more of just a critical observation, but it's a detail I haven't seen anyone point out the possibility of and it seemed like one of those little theories that they would post as a short, so I just wanted to share it here.

handleVotes calls handleMostVoted, handleMostVoted reads the votes array one render too late. I know this is an asynchronous problem but I cannot seem to get them to sync up. Any advice here? Code included.

Okay, first time posting here and this is going to be a weird a post. At least to me it might sound weird IDK. So, for starts I am a CIS Female. I have been wanting to get into Cosplay and I would like to Cosplay some Male Characters. I have seen my friend Steve wear a binder. So, I'm wondering where is a good place to find a binder and also, how do know what size to order?

I work in tech sales and am relatively new to my company. It is large and well known. In my role, I am meant to have a solution architect partner that works with me on customer opportunities and meetings.
I was originally assigned to a guy (let’s call him Paul) that has an unusually high number of reps he already works with. Upon learning he would get another rep (myself) he immediately let me know he can’t support me and to work with another guy (let’s name him tim).
I let my manager know about this and we all agree that I should just work with Tim officially since he only has 1 other rep he works with and can accommodate my customers. All the managers agree to make it official on paper. Things proceeded to be great for the next few months.
Now the solution architect management is backtracking on my formal alignment, completely blindsiding all of us on the sales side. They want to adhere to some dumb program that leadership is pushing on them, dictating that I should be aligned to Paul because we both are hires that fall into the program they have apparently been trying to push for some time.
No one was communicated to about this change. Leadership decided and everyone else went ahead with it. The problem is, Paul is still not going to work on my accounts or even try to for that matter. The guideline has been for me to continue working with Tim for “support” when I need it. What they don’t seem to understand is that Tim and I have been working on these accounts for a few months, building relationships and are close to deals on some of them. He has put in all the technical work and Paul couldn’t even name my customers if I asked him. But Paul is going to get the quota retirement and compensation if these deals close (although Tim’s manager told him he would get compensated - nothing is on paper or in a contract).
So Tim is pissed and doesn’t want to work with my customers anymore because he’s not being incentivized and doesn’t even know if he’s going to get paid. Any of our deals at this point won’t count towards his quota.
So I’m furious for Tim and also angry for myself - my customers have no technical support and Paul is not willing or able at this point to support them especially in these complicated poc cycles. We have customers that have several billion dollars of revenue,so not small fish.
I have of course spoken to my manager expressing all of this. There is no urgency from him or care. He said “I’m working on it” but then asked me to hide this information from the sales leadership and my reps, who are NOT aware of these changes that solution architecture is making behind our backs. My manager is concerned about saving his face instead of addressing the multitude of issues here including breach of ethics and business/revenue impact to our customers.
The person who was asked to approve this alignment change is two skip levels above my managers counterpart on the solution architect team. The equivalent of a VP. I have met him in person before at a social gathering.
I need advice on how to navigate this. The vp is the approver and I’m guessing he can just as easily renege. I have asked him this evening (after no acknowledgment from my manager for an update) if he could find time to speak with me. We have a 15 minute call next Wednesday. No one knows about that the call and I can have his assistant cancel at this point.
Should I go through with the meeting despite the implications I may face for going over many peoples heads? I plan to propose a simple outline of the business impact that a change in my alignment would cause to our company’s customers. I am not interested in bashing or complaining about anyone. I just want to make it clear what this arrangement would actually mean at a business impact level. The email from the solution architect team was misleading and hides a lot of the issues with their proposal.
In my head I don’t see how it would do any harm to seek reconsideration for the best interest of our customers. I am also wary of building my reputation here and don’t want to damage it potentially. But I can’t sit back and allow people who have no knowledge of what Tim and I are building here throw it into disarray for the sake of a program

Hello all, New here, just got diagnosed with NASH - I have heard so many acronyms I forget the exact wording , meld score of 9 have a low level fever pretty much all the time, every joint in my body hurts. Seeing my hepatologist? For the first time on the 20th. Is the fever par for course? Evidently from what I have read diet is everything to keep from getting sick? Pretty overwhelming - i am not used to this at all. Also any thoughts on the doctor That uses fecal transplants to prolong patients lives? Many Thanks!

Previous to this scooter I have only used the rented scooters from LIME and similar brands.

I wanted something that had long battery life so I could charge every othyer night. Taking this to work everyday,

I have had this scooter for roughly 2 months (of actual use). I have ridden it roughly 12 times. The battery life is decent. I average probably close to 20mph. So this thing does indeed move.

The bad:
It is LOOSE. Literally. I can move the steering column like 3 inches forward and back. (video coming)
My guess its due to it being "foldable"..somthing I regret. The only reason I will ever fold it is in an emergency (running out of battery and need to uber home). Which for me probably makes sense. As I am horribly irresponsible.

After my 12 useses (or so) I am missing a bolt that is on the grip tape..should I be conscerned? Will I die next time I ride it? Is this bolt 100% neccessary? I'm not sure..I will ignore it and hope for the best..because thats just how I roll..

The good!:
This shit was cheaper than 90% of the competetors. Do I regret it? Yes. I wish I spent an extra $500.
But here I am. I will ride this bitch till it literally falls apart. My guess within the next year or so.
The front shock is really nice. I have bad roads and pot holes in my area..I can gently pop my front tire and hit potholes without too much fuss. Obviously the back tire hits it so be careful.
Also this thing is pretty damn fast. 23mph downhill is average..20mph on flats is average.
Battery life boasts more than any other in this price range..I'm not that knowledgable in this area...Im 200lbs. And I have 40miles total on this thing. Real life range is probably 14 miles. I live in a super hilly city. So this is a factor. Honestly its still likely farther than many competitors.

I was here yesterday actually and I asked the opposite question. Now I wanted to ask what kind of character you almost always like. There can be exceptions of course but what type of character is 100% your type of character?
As for my answer, it’s in my flair, but I’m a real softy for villain characters that I’m 99% sure I’ll hate till I’m on their route and I find out they have softer sides and they’re actually kinda cute and sweet when they start figuring out what love is. Tomomori and Shiraishi are my top two, I love them. Yanagi pales in comparison to Shiraishi and I did not like myself for playing Tomomori second since I ended up liking him more than the other three. XD

I have the title, but not the fic itself; I'm not sure if there's an archive somewhere or something that might have it. The title is "Don Juan's Reckless Daughter" originally posted on FF.Net circa 2009/10. It's about the Phantom of the Opera finding out that he has a daughter named Erika, and the fun of that relationship developing.
