I'm looking for a board game that I found from a flea market when I was a kid and have since lost. It was some kind of scifi game with prepainted miniatures of lizard men and space marines. The board had different effects like teleportation and the minis had working spring loaded projectile launchers with brown silicone tipped missiles. I bought it at the end of the 2000s.

I placed an order back on 3/20 and it still hasn’t shipped. There are no preorder items in the order. Anyone else experiencing delays w/ Miniature Market?

The SmartMetric credit card has an inbuilt fingerprint scanner that reads the card users fingerprint and activates the cards EMV chip as it is being inserted into a retail card reader or ATM. SmartMetric is in the final stages of production of its newly revised and improved biometric credit card with it’s built inside the card nano fingerprint reader. The nano fingerprint reader inside the card is used to scan the card holders fingerprint. Only after a fingerprint match will the credit or debit card work.
Because the SmartMetric biometric card has an internal hybrid solid state rechargeable battery, the enrollment of a new users fingerprint is as simple as experienced in setting up biometric access on a smartphone. No special fingerprint readers or a trip to the bank is needed for a new card holder to enroll and embed their fingerprint inside their new SmartMetric biometric card. The other considerable advantage to the self-powered SmartMetric biometric card is that since it does not rely on a card reader to power the fingerprint reading function it can operate the fingerprint scanning of a persons fingerprint prior to them inserting it into a reader. This is critically important for using at most ATM’s and gas stations that have readers that swallow the card making it impossible for the card to work without the biometric scanning of the card users fingerprint before it is inserted into the card reading machine.

According to figures released by the credit card standards body EMVco more than 11 Billion EMV Chip cards have now been issued by financial institutions around the world. The SmartMetric biometric technology works with existing these EMV chips and existing chip card readers and ATM’s.

I used what was purportedly nandrolone phenylpropionate and within a few days I was losing a significant amount of hair, a large portion of which consisted of small, miniaturized hairs, indicating hair loss from androgenic alopecia, not just shedding from hormonal fluctuations. I'm wondering how plausible it is that I have a uniquely bad reaction to nandrolone in terms of hair loss, or if I received testosterone falsely marketed as npp as I've found accounts of happening. Hi all I hate this term but I would be considered a professional miniature painter. I'd like to paint bigger sculpts of various characters and re sell. Is there a market for that sort of thing ?

I used to think it was just my social anxiety. Really it's the special combination of awe-inspiring industrial bounty alongside horrifying examples of capitalist brainwashing and zero-sum exploitation.

• 70%+ of items should never be eaten by a human being. Noone in their right mind would even want to, but the population is groomed into it to the point where, if you took their ultraprocessed shit away all of a sudden, even as otherwise strong, mature adults they'd risk emotional collapse.
• Almost everything is sweetened or fattened. Why does yogurt need added sugar? You don't get a handjob with an oil change, you probably wouldn't want that.
• Ultraprocessed shit sells at heavy premiums. Store brands are controlled opposition. "Cereal": $5/lb. Snack crackers or potato chips: $4/lb. Made from the cheapest shit. (For comparison, in my area wholesome fruits start at $1/lb, good carbs at $1/lb, and high quality meats/seafood range $3/lb for chicken breast to $14/lb for fresh sockeye salmon.)
• This processed corn bullshit is directly substituted for decent food that's fully available, eg "fruit snacks" and "juices" that people think are healthy because vitamins were added, nevermind the evolutionary history and realities of the human digestive system.
• Refined carbs are everywhere despite being fucking disgusting and dangerous. That we have an entire regulatory system for adding back the B-vitamins is positively dystopian. You could run your car on 25% ethanol but it would do real damage - hence that can't be marketed as fuel. Same with food: if it kills you, it's not food. Ban that shit like sawdust from sausages.

ALL you have to do to eat healthy - the ONLY effort you have to make is to fill half your shopping cart - half of every plate - with vegetables and fruits and stop eating refined carbs. With produce and whole grains you'll feel full and have the basics down. You'll sort out fats and proteins close enough by instinct and social practice. No "Athletic Greens". No Keto. No try-hard calorie deficits. Just eat the foods that humans eat, not the televised poopoo. Your teeth will also thank you.
People will tell you this is too expensive and difficult. Setting aside our MANY food deserts, it's difficult only because of the years of programing. It is not more costly or time consuming to eat healthy vs American norms. Fruits and vegetables are available at affordable prices and require little or no prep - bananas $0.50/lb, apples $1/lb, pre-washed kale $3/lb, baby carrots $1/lb. Healthy carbs - brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, hulled barley, whole wheat flour - aren't as cheap as white rice but still pretty damn affordable and much cheaper than highly processed foods.
Cost is not the real barrier, neither is it gumption nor willpower nor - remarkably - agricultural productivity. We're witnessing a famine in the midst of plenty, one manifest not in deficit but in the energy/emotional rollercoaster and horrible health effects of eating shit - a famine imposed not by nature but human greed and addiction, habituation, and status quo bias.
Humanity has solved all the basic problems in acquiring groceries. Then we created a bunch of new ones in the neurotic pursuit of zero-sum gain. In this way the grocery store is a symbol and miniature of many realities we face today.
I know what you do for money, Warren Buffet, investor in Coca Cola and McDonalds. I see it in my neighbors' grocery carts and in their health and in their lives. It isn't normal. It isn't OK. It isn't just business. You can't pin it on their free, ideal choice. It isn't not your fault. Hope you rot in hell.
