So I am making a trickstar sky striker deck, I have already put together 50 cards for the main deck and I have finished my extra deck, I would like to have a 40-card deck but I am not sure what to remove, the format is TCG and I would like it to be as competitive as possible, my 2 friends that I have been playing with recently have started to rank up their difficulty & I am trying to overtake them in Yugioh (my friends play Shaddol & Traptrix) (I know this type of deck was good 4 years ago but I would like to get the best out of it!).

Goal: The goal of this deck is to deal effect damage to the opponent's life points & get borrelsword dragon out onto the field.
Expected players: My increasingly competitive friends, I would like this deck to last a while and I would also like this deck to be good enough that I could go to local tournaments and win a fair bit.
My budget: My budget is AUD $100 (I may be able to go a little bit over).
What to improve: The main part I would like to improve is the deck size (I have 50 cards right now as mentioned above and I would like to decrease that number to 40)
Skill: I would like to think I am decent at Yugioh, however, I still have a lot to learn and I built this deck before starting to learn it so any tips will be appreciated, I will be watching videos on combos and other stuff just after this post.

Regarding the above deck, do I still need a Silent Swordsman LV 5 to summon LV 7? Or does the effect of the base SS allow me to special summon the LV 7?

Hi, I am looking to put together a combined DM, Red Eyes and Blue Eyes deck and would love some advice and help putting it together. Can be more than 40 cards
Edit: I haven't played Yugioh in a long long time (so take it easy on me). I wanted to see if these cards would work together as an oldschool throwback to my childhood. By combining them I mean using one as the Main Archetype and the others as support or just in the deck for certain fusions and such. I won't be playing super competitive or in tournaments or anything like that just with my children for fun
Saw some people combine BE + RE or RE + DM or DM+ BE in some decks assembled on ygoprodeck so that's why I saw there could be possibilities

I want to get back into yugioh after not playing for long time but I want to start from the first yugioh pack to the newest.
I remember watching yugioh duel monster on and of when I was a kid and I watch all yugioh gx episodes that I could because I started watching yugioh when yugioh gx was out, I had fun time watching yugioh and yugioh gx and when yugioh 5d's came out then I slow stop watching yugioh because I was going through hardtime and I have not watched anything after yugioh 5d's.
I remember playing yugioh a little bit when I was watching yugioh gx with the only friend that I had at the time and around the time yugioh 5d's was wraping up we slowly went our ways and I have not played any yugioh after that.
I am going to use dueling book and ygoprodeck to get the hang of yugioh by oppening a set amount of packs and make a deck out of the cards I get from the packs, then after I get a hang of making a deck out of those cards I will move onto the next pack and get hang of how my deck can be improved by the cards I get from the boster packs and I will do that until I get a hang of the newest yugioh playstile, I do it like that because that is the best way I learn how to play yugioh.
So what are all the yugioh boster packs released in order in America?
P.S. just letting you know I am not American I am Icelander but I don't know whether I should say Europe or America because where Iceland is located, so I decided on America

This is his Crooked Cook deck, it's fun to play, makes people surrender but also kinda shit against people who can counter any part of it, particularly people who play Kaijus or who stop you from getting monsters on the field fast enough to summon Cook.

Also I can't add that many SRs, I think about 5 cards to craft should be possible, but that's optimistic.

I've been messing around with multiple decks and decided to build live twin sprite. I built the version piloted by Adrian Gonzalez at the most recent Vegas YCS. I have a general idea of how going first you're board should look but I don't really understand how this deck kills an opponent. Additionally any combo lines that anyone can point of would be really helpful. I looked for convos on YouTube but every variant is different and most of the videos are for master duel.

Hi there,
Posted a couple weeks ago about upgrading 3x Albaz Strike structures, and picked up some of the cards that were recommended to me. My issue now though is I don't know what's the 'optimal' build of the deck, as some versions run Bystials, which are a bit out of my budget range, and there's a wild variation between other lists.
