Can someone please explain why every major job listing website such as Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc. doesn't seem to have a filter that works.
One would believe that in a field like Computer Science, where we are taught to think of edge cases, that these listings would not include job descriptions requiring 2+ years of experience for Entry Level roles

I have no idea what happened but maybe a little less than a year ago I developed such a high level of anxiety that I am going to die. I sometimes will sit on the bus and I cannot comprehend how my body is just keeping itself alive, all of these different organs are just working. I am picturing my body as a low-quality piece of tech, that SOMETHING has to break very soon and I am just going to die.
I will get a little tiny pain in my head that pulses like 2 times then is just gone, which I am sure is normal but I look at it as okay is my brain bleeding? I have to have a tumor. I don't know where this thinking began but it is slowly starting to, I wouldn't say ruin my life, but it is a constant thought at leat 75% of my day and I feel like I am just waiting to die.
The worst part is there is nothing wrong. I am healthy, recent scans or checkups don't detect anything, my heart is fine, I am physically very healthy, etc.
Is this a normal type of anxiety for people? How do you cope with it? I have no idea what to do except to wait for another small random headache and think I am going to die. I wish there was a way to calm down and stop thinking about this all the time.

Me and 2 friends have started in albion recently. We enjoy solo dungeons and have just tried a 2v2 hellgate.
However most of the times were with 3 players, what content can you advise us to do with a party of 3 , we would not mind joining massive pvp however we are still new and don't know how.. any advice is appreciated.
Some context: I am kinda new to albion I have leveled my char so i can wear T5 gear mostly. My 2 friends play a nature staff build and the other is a holy healer.
I have been enjoying this game recently but I am a bit overwhelmed by the sandbox type of play. I,am used to small scale pvp since I played a lot of league of legends.

I'm 23 years old and have autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. I recently got over a lot of problematic thoughts and ideas that stuck with me for a long time and hindered me from getting to know new people.
So I thought it might be a bit hard getting to know someone new on either a personal or romantic level, since I never really had the time or energy to learn this skill, but I didn't believe it to be this hard. I had recently gone to some event on my university campus to meet new people, but I didn't really make any meaningful connections. After 1 or 2 hours most people were in deeper conversations, but I hadn't really talked to anyone or had been able to then start up or integrate myself into a conversation. I just felt floating by, alone, on an ice shell while the others were at a beach resort drinking iced cocktails.
Thus I'm wondering, how do I learn to talk with people and make it at least somewhat fun and natural? I had tried being myself, but then I just don't connect with people as seen above and I am scared that it might be too late to learn social skills for non professional environments, where I struggle so much. I know it has to do with others having their first 23 years of life to learn these skills, but there must be some way for me to catch up, but to do that I need at least some help since all the tips online don't seem to help.

I’m currently rewatching the 2011 anime, and was wondering if someone could clarify something for me. At the end of episode 5 the narrator claims that there are 148 hunter applicants remaining after stage 1 of the hunter exam. But then at the beginning of episode 6 Satotz says there are 50 applicants remaining at the start of stage 2. What happened to those extra 98 applicants? Did they drop out? I already thought that 200ish applicants dying in the swamp was a lot, but 300 is extreme. (There were 404 applicants at the start of stage 1 and about 40 didn’t finish the 80+ km run in stage 1.)

For people planning to take this soon make sure to relax the last thing you want to do honestly is second guess yourself. What is the reason this needs to be shut down?

1. While it does state this is a beta, no where does it state that they will pull the game down for a considerable amount of time before the official launch.
2. No content / characters. How does taking the servers down somehow fix this issue? Your tech support will not be creating character models, maps, gamemodes or skins so the 2 things have no correlation what so ever.
3. Server issues. We've all played games with terrible servers and netcode. Never were they taken down for more than a day. Mortal Kombat had terrible netcode but they resolved that without having their servers down. FF14 has been brought to max capacity a few months ago, you implement new servers. You don't take the whole game down for 6 months.
4. Scam. This is easy. They've taken $100 from people, they then sold a few skins, made leveling battle passes an absolute ****ing chore and then take the game down to then relaunch it and sell another founder's pass for another $100 which will be bought because people want this IP.

PFG have scammed the lot of us, don't be the abused housewife/husband and take it, sitting in the corner waiting to be abused the next time round. Get the **** out, don't come back and if you want to look at means for a refund by all means do so. Companies cannot get away with this shit.

Abstract

PURPOSE

To monitor the metabolic turnover of β-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) oxidation using² H-MRS in conjunction with intravenous administration of² H labeled BHB.

METHODS

Nine-month-old mice were infused with [3,4,4,4]-² H 4 -BHB (d 4 -BHB, 3.11 g/kg) through the tail vein using a bolus variable infusion rate for a period of 90 min. The labeling of downstream cerebral metabolites from the oxidative metabolism of d 4 -BHB was monitored using² H-MRS spectra acquired with a home-built² H surface coil on a 9.4T preclinical MR scanner with a temporal resolution of 6.25 min. An exponential model was fit to the BHB and glutamate/glutamine (Glx) turnover curves to determine rate constants of metabolite turnover and to aid in the visualization of metabolite time courses.

RESULTS

Deuterium label was incorporated into Glx from BHB metabolism through the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, with an increase in the level of [4,4]-² H 2 -Glx (d 2 -Glx) over time and reaching a quasi-steady state concentration of ∼0.6 ± 0.1 mM following 30 min of infusion. Complete oxidative metabolic breakdown of d 4 -BHB also resulted in the formation of semi-heavy water (HDO), with a four-fold (10.1 to ∼42.1 ± 7.3 mM) linear (R² = 0.998) increase in its concentration by the end of infusion. The rate constant of Glx turnover from d 4 -BHB metabolism was determined to be 0.034 ± 0.004 min^-1 .

CONCLUSION

² H-MRS can be used to monitor the cerebral metabolism of BHB with its deuterated form by measuring the downstream labeling of Glx. The integration of² H-MRS with deuterated BHB substrate provides an alternative and clinically promising MRS tool to detect neurometabolic fluxes in healthy and disease conditions.

My friend and I went at it again today, did maybe 5 matches, first 2 were the same crew, 1st time they got us with a cheesy strat of playing dumb but got a silent board while we were on angle, second time we knew what to expect and survived maybe 45 minutes before we agreed to just D20 roll and end the long battle, they won the roll, the next 3 were all ships with emissary 5 flags, who clearly played the game more than they have touched grass, one crew went by and got perfect snipes on both of us so we lost that one pretty quick, the next two were just fast sinks both hitting shots from where battle starts and landing two shots on wheel then on cannon killing both me and my crewmate, when they boarded us right at the end both times one was a gold skeleton curse dude and the other match it was ghost athena crew so we just gave up for the night cause it seems like once it gets close to midnight PST its pure sweats going for 1000 in their respective faction, so 5-loss streak with matchmaking putting us against progressively harder opponents, didn't even get a level (we are currently at 33 and 35 for athena). Really wishing there was some long super difficult PvE grind to get these curses at this point, just cause man are they a pain to do in PvP. Will probably keep doing them each night till we get 100 in both factions then be done with the mode.

Almost all lab tests are excellent...latest a1c is 4.8 which means my type 2 diabetes is fully reversed without meds.
Fatty liver has been fully reversed according to latest ALT/AST scores (12 and 9, sorry if I remember them in reverse!)
Only thing is my bad chol is elevated (trigs are fine as is good chol), but the bad chol is not up by much despite having a diet high in dairy. Dr not concerned bc I lost 200+ lbs and studies show that massive weight loss temporarily elevates bad chol until weight stabilizes for 3 to 6 mos. We will have a better idea once that happens but weight loss is still happening.(Note: below article says weight needs to be stable for 8-12 wks but med studies say 3 to 6 mos, so who knows?)
