It a was slow soft kind of rap, kind of had a sad tone like maybe about someone dying. There might've been also lyrics like "eyoo eyooo".

2023.04.01 06:17 Correct_Ambition4678 Akito Chīmu

Akito is the youngest member of the Chīmu family. His cursed technique is called Aoi honō which means blue flames because the ability allows you to create and control blue flames. Just like his brother and sisters, his cursed technique and physical attributes are strong but he has no cursed domain.
Appearance: unlike his two brothers, Akito has dark brown hair and not black, besides their appearance, three are very similar.
Aoi honō
This ability allows you to create and control blue flames to a certain extent. This is a technique based on Marco from one piece.
Fire fist: this ability engulfs your hands in blue flames which can either be used to heat up your punches or to shoot out a stream of fire.
Fire bullets: this ability puts flames on your middle and index fingers which can be shot off like bullet.
Flame jump: before the user jumps, they put a bunch of the blue flames on their feet. When they jump, the blue flames propel them up for a little bit.
Flame cannon: the technique fire a giant fireball like thing form your foot or feet. This ability is different from the others because it is partially solid and doesn’t actually burn the enemy but just hits them.
Shikigami: the user can also create a shikigami made of flames. This shikigami is a phoenix and is manly used transportation and fire fireballs from above. The phoenix can come one with the user to travel but they can’t use any other abilities when doing this.
Maximum: the user spins around spawning a bunch of flames then shoots them out to form a flame tornado which can be controlled for a short period of time.
Cursed weapon: Cursed kusarigama
This cursed weapon is actually made from a curse and uses there technique. These weapons were made when my Akito said he would spare the curses life if they formed a binding vow. The binding vow is once again very year, the curse can choose to fight my oc. This battle happens in his mind so time stops but every injury or sickness he has carry’s into it. If Akito wins, he continues to use him as a weapon but if the curse wins, either my oc becomes a weapon or he allows the curse to kill him. The cursed technique allows the user to control wind to a certain degree and increases his fire powers.
Wind slices: He uses it to make slices out of wind that can either be quick small slices or giant slices.
Binding: the user raps the enemy with the Chan in which traps them.
Regeneration: sense the weapon is made from a curse, it can regenerate damage.
Whirlwind: the oc spins their kusarigamas which pulls the enemy to them.
Tornado: the user spins their kusarigama above their head which create a tornado around the user.
Wind bullet: by throwing the ball and cannon part of it, it create a wind bullet which is a medium speed.

2023.04.01 05:27 ForeverFinalGirl Halloween: Resurrection (2002) [Slasher]

I know Halloween: Resurrection gets a lot of hate but come on, who doesn’t like Busta Rhymes? Not just Busta, but a kung fu loving Busta Rhymes? Yes, this movie is a train wreck but it is entertaining.
PLOT
It’s been three years since the last fight between Michael and Laurie. Michael pays a visit to his sister who’s in a mental hospital and then decides to return home. Unfortunately for him, his house has been invaded by a reality show with fame hungry people investigating it.
MY THOUGHTS
The kills in Halloween: Resurrection are just mediocre. You’ll find better kills in other Halloween movies. The one kill I wanted to see was Nora’s (Tyra Banks) but they cut her kill and you only see the after effect briefly. Though it is the first time Michael beheads someone.
The acting is okay. Not really great. I did like Busta Rhymes and it was nice seeing a pre Battlestar Galactica Katee Sackhoff. We get Busta Rhymes (known primarily for rapping) plays Freddie Harris. Owner of Dangertainment. The kung fu fan who creates the internet show. Katee Sackhoff (known for Battlestar Galactica, Riddick, Oculus, and Don’t Knock Twice) plays Jen, one of the people investigating Michael’s house. She hopes to become famous.
Bianca Kajlich (known for The Winchesters and non horror stuff) plays Sara, the final girl. She doesn’t really want to do the show but does it for her friends. Sean Patrick Thomas (known for Dracula 2000, The Burrowers, Reaper, and The Curse of La Llorona) plays Rudy, the Chef wanna be who blames Michael’s diet as a child for his evilness. (Having said that, I did like him in this.) And finally Ryan Merriman (known for The Ring Two, Final Destination 3, and Backwoods) plays Myles, a high schooler who is catfishing Sara, but ends up helping her escape Michael (online).
We start off Halloween: Resurrection finding out that Laurie Strode has been committed to a mental hospital because she unknowingly killed a paramedic instead of Michael (the ending of Halloween H20). It’s been three years and she knows he’ll be back. And he does return for her and she ends up dying. Michael then heads back home only to get a surprise.
Next, we find out a group of college kids have been chosen to spend one night in Michael Myers house, investigating while live streaming everything. This was the brilliant idea of Freddie Harris who wants his company Dangertainment to make lots of money and become famous.
Once they get in the house it doesn’t take long for the audience to know that there were so many fake props that they were investigating. But it took the students a lot longer to figure out. Finally they realize it’s all fake once Freddie is caught dressing up as Michael.
Michael, per usual, kills off the kids, one by one. For me I feel like Rudy put up a good fight and I felt bad for him dying but he had a decent death. He basically sacrificed himself so Sara could get away.
Now Sara has an advantage over everyone else. She has an online friendship with “Declan”, an IT college kid. He’s actually Miles, a high school kid who has a crush on her. During the live streaming Miles has been watching even though he was at a Halloween party. He is able to give her updates of where Michael is when they discover he is killing everyone.
There’s a final battle between Sara, Freddie, and Michael. We get to see some kung fu movies from Freddie. In the end Michael gets electrocuted and Sara and Freddie survive.
Wow, overall this is a bad Halloween movie. Even so, I still find myself entertained with parts of the movie. I know it’s bad but I’m liking Busta Rhymes in Halloween: Resurrection. The idea of incorporating live streaming into the movie is decent. I just don’t think they did it in the right way. Also I liked the opening. I thought it was a good way of showing how Michael didn’t die in H20 and it ends the Laurie Strode story in this timeline
If you watch Halloween: Resurrection, go into it with low expectations and I don’t think you will be as disappointed.

2023.04.01 04:48 OctavianMacLean Does this song remind you anyone else of Hoid?

https://youtube.com/shorts/SQuEmKqW2W4?feature=share4
Just three combo of lyrics, ethereal sound, and otherworldly vibes remind me of Hoid alot. I desperately need Brandon to write a rap scene, as rap is an integral part of the magic system on that one planet he hasn't written about yet. You know, where the words per minute ratio is super important. Like the aondor but voice command. You just say the right series of words that describe the spell you're casting, and the faster you can talk the faster you can get your spell off. And that's important on such a competitive planet. Also you have to say the spells to a rhythm or cadence or they won't work right. You know, cause like....pure tones of the cosmere?

Every song has at least a single bar that is 10x crazier the shit we hear in an entire rap battle
“Thought he was getting ove
Last time I heard, they ain’t seen him since he left his house on Minnesota/
Cops ain’t got no lead - momma praying for him, hope it’s gettin close

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Starting tonight with the Usos in the ring. They're nearly immediately interrupted by Sami Zayn's music, and Kevin Owens with him. Sami says tonight they'll make sure nothing is left unsaid between them. Kevin notes that when he started with WWE, the Usos were the first guys who were cool to him. But after they started doing their cousin's bidding, he lost all respect for them. He's pissed that they tried beating him out of his job, and Kevin yells that they are taking their tag team titles at WrestleMania. Jimmy says of course they were cool when they were new but they've got no love for either of them anymore. And Jimmy & Jey are blood, the kind of brothers they wish they could be. Sami says blood doesn't make family, loyalty makes family. Jey asks what does Sami know about loyalty? Sami says they were the ones who chose blood over loyalty, even though Roman Reigns has never been loyal to them. Sami notes the pressure of the Bloodline has always been on their shoulders, but that pressure will end after they lose their titles. And then they can go back to just being the Usos again. After a long pause Jey says like always, they're going to lose, and Kevin Owens will stab Sami Zayn in the back AGAIN. Meanwhile they'll keep being the Bloodline, and they'll still be the undisputed tag team champions.
  • So many video packages.
  • Legado del Fantasma speaks with Rey Mysterio backstage. Rey wanted to thank them for having his back last week, and they say they'll back him up again against Judgment Day. Rey gives everyone LWO t-shirts.
  • So many video packages.
  • Cody Rhodes hits the ring, reminding us that WrestleMania is here. He's been making sure he's 100% prepped to become the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. But in this ring, he's not sure what to talk about, the people want to see the match already! Cody then starts rapping California Love and thanks the audience. He notes the last time he faced Roman Reigns for a conversation, he laid down his belts in the ring. He's only shown that it takes 8 years to become the guy. Cody says he is the next head of the table, he is the next champion.
  • Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman) enters to join Cody in the ring. Roman decides he doesn't care if the crowd acknowledges him and instead asks Cody to acknowledge him.

This is the eighth track from the band's second studio album Meteora (2003).
Studio Version

2023.04.01 02:57 black_water_lilies PORTALS is beautiful beyond descriptions.

I was a huge fan of the album since the snippets, but once it was released I was disappointed. After a few listens though, I found it so beautiful. It hits all the marks lyrically and sonically and surprises you all the time. "DEATH" is the perfect album opener and pretty much captures the album in a nutshell. "VOID" is one of my favorite songs, portraying a vivid feeling of anxiety over an angsty guitar loop. "TUNNEL VISION" is a bop, nothing more to say. "FAIREE SOIREE" makes me feel like a bunch of fairies are singing to me while sitting on a toadstool in the middle of the woods. "LIGHT SHOWER" is a beautiful love song that intrigued me since the Developing video. "SPIDER WEB" is such a good song because it describes the effect of social media on human brains and what it's like being caught in the web. "LEECHES" is a song that has grown on me, and it doesn't stand out as much as the other songs. "BATTLE OF THE LARYNX" is one of my favorites and it describes a situation that happens very much in arguments where one person is bluntly screaming, and the other is calm and collected. The beat drop in "THE CONTORTIONIST" is so amazing and the song is like a mix between her old music and her new music, reminding me of "Fire Drill". "MOON CYCLE" is my favorite song on the album, because it describes a topic that isn't considered acceptable to talk about so beautifully. When she describes the song in Apple Music, she says that she made the song to make cis men who want to take rights away from women angry, it makes me so proud to support her. "NYMPHOLOGY" is such a good song, and the jump from the chorus is so spectacular, and the rap "Amethyst" at the end is such a good addition to the song. "EVIL" is the best song about conflict on the album, and has such descriptive lyrics that flow, as well as beautiful sounds. "WOMB" is a great closer to the album and I love how it ties into "DEATH" at the end. Melanie really outdid herself with this album, and I'm so happy that it's out now 💕. thanks for listening to my rant lmao.

2023.04.01 01:59 ProcedureParty6287 Kevin Gates and Bill Gates are related.

The secret relation between Bill Gates, the tech magnate and co-founder of Microsoft, and Kevin Gates, the American rapper, is a truth hidden in plain sight. Though they appear to be from different ethnic backgrounds and have different life stories, their connection can be traced back to a secret society that operates behind the scenes of the world's most powerful individuals.
The evidence of their connection lies in their shared last name and Kevin Gates' lyrics from his song "2 Phones." In this song, Gates repeatedly refers to having two phones, with lines such as:
"I got two phones, one for the plug and one for the load I got two phones, one for the bitches and one for the dough"
This seemingly innocuous reference to having multiple phones holds the key to their secret relation. Let's break it down.
Bill Gates made his fortune in the technology sector, specifically in computer software and hardware. It is no coincidence that Kevin Gates is rapping about multiple phones, a technology that Bill Gates helped to revolutionize.
The number of phones mentioned in the lyrics is 2, but Kevin Gates also states, "Think I need two more." This brings the total number of phones to 4. Now, let's take a closer look at their ages. Bill Gates was born on October 28, 1955, and Kevin Gates was born on February 5, 1986. If we subtract Bill's birth year from Kevin's, we get:
1986 - 1955 = 31
Now, let's divide this difference by the number of phones mentioned in the lyrics:
31 / 4 = 7.75
The number 7.75 is a clear reference to the secret society that connects Bill and Kevin Gates. This society, known as The Order of the 7.75, operates in the shadows and brings together the world's most influential people to control global events. The Gates family, both Bill and Kevin, are key members of this secret organization.
The lyrics "Countin' money while they ring, ring, ringin'" and "Trap jumpin' I'm ring, ring, ringin'" are coded messages. "Countin' money" refers to the wealth amassed by both Bill and Kevin Gates, while "ring, ring, ringin'" is a secret call to action for members of The Order of the 7.75.
In conclusion, the connection between Bill Gates and Kevin Gates is a well-kept secret hidden within Kevin Gates' song "2 Phones." Their shared last name, the number of phones mentioned in the lyrics, and the coded messages all point to their membership in The Order of the 7.75, which seeks to control global events through the influence of its powerful members.

This is certainly the most qualified candidate, but questions loom about his health, as he is getting up there in age.
Killian K. Van Rensselaer: Killian is the 57-year-old Speaker of the House, and has been speaker since the days of Decatur. Van Rensselaer also ran for the Adams party back in 1804. Van Rensselaer supports the American system, higher tariffs, abolition, and the Missouri Compromise, but feels as if Clay was too conservative when it came to the Compromise, and advocates for a more radical version of the compromise. Francis Scott Key: Key is the 41-year-old US Representative from Maryland. Key is known for creating the “Star-Spangled Banner” the US’ national anthem. Key also has been ridiculed for being a slave owner, and representing runaway slave owners, to an extent that many abolitionists say the lyrics should be, “The Land of the Free and Oppressed.” Key also supports higher tariffs, btu doesn’t support the American system along with others, to the point where people (Federalists who support the American System especially), call them the “Unamerican Federalists.” Key besides his flaws is a nice candidate for high tariffs, but bad in slavery and the American System.
Nicholas Van Dyke: Van Dyke is basically Francis Scott Key. 51-years of age he is a Senator of Delaware, the first state of the union. Van Dyke is a pretty good candidate, full of experience and knowledge, but is like John Adams on slavery, while not owning a slave, he doesn’t completely support abolition. He also doesn’t like the American System, calling it a “fundamental threat to our economy.” Van Dyke is a big fan of big government and tariffs, and is a nice comprisable candidate, but has a sizeable group of haters.
John Seargent: Possibly the staunchest supporter of abolition and the American System there is. Seargent, only 41, is easily the biggest rising star in the Federalist Party since Killian K. Van Rensselaer and might become Speaker in the near future. Seargent is known as before a big supporter of abolition and the American System, but does also support tariffs, but has since moderated his stance on the topic. Seargent is easily one of the best, if not the best, candidate in this convention, and has a good chance of getting nominated.
James Breckinridge: Breckinridge is this compromise candidate, being a moderate on everything like he’s Silas Talbot, without owning illegal slave transport ships. Breckinridge, while not a war hero, was a general in the War of 1812, and fought in the battles of Queenston Heights, Ogdensburg, and Thames. Breckinridge is not only moderate on one thing, but that is also bonus bills, he supports equal tariffs and bonus bills to combat high tariffs, in order to make things like canals, which he has grown very fond of.
A journalist named Gerrit Lumpkin (made up person by the way), says if King, Seargent, or Van Rensselaer gets nominated, there will be a walk out, claiming that the American System will, “destroy the nation within longterm.”

2023.04.01 00:10 JulienGianni [TOMT][SONG][2010s] Rap song that has an adlib/lyric in it only said 1 time - “oh-ka-men cho-jah ”

I tried to spell the phrase phonetically in the title. It’s a rap song by I wanna say JayZ or Kanye but I could be wrong. The adlib/lyric is only used 1 time in the song. It sounded like “oakamen Choja”

2023.04.01 00:08 buttsexbaker The End of an Era, Hinted at in Cherry Bomb (?)

After the release of SORRY NOT SORRY, everyone agrees that this is the conclusion of this Tyler era. While some would say that this is just the end of the CMIYGL era, I think that we are about to see a switch up comparable to Cherry Bomb. In fact, I think this switch up was hinted at way back in Cherry Bomb.
During Cherry Bomb, golf radio is constantly making references to movies.
That was new music from the soundtrack of the upcoming film F-[honk] Be caller eight to win tickets to the triple feature at the Moon Theatres tonight Three back to back to back movies at the Moon Theatres tonight Be the eighth caller, only on Golf Radio G-O-L-F, G-O-L-F, it's Golf Radio
the 3 back to back to back movies would obviously be tylers 3 upcoming albums; Flower Boy, Igor, and CMIYGL. Also, the announcer gets cut off before he can finish his sentence and say the upcoming film, but you can definitely hear him pronounce and "F". That would match up with him trying to say "Flower Boy", which is the album(movie, in this context) directly after cherry bomb.

This isn't just a coincidence, Cherry Bomb and Flower Boy are most definitely paired thematically. The flowegarden aesthetic began with Cherry Bomb, as we see with the music video for PERFECT, and Tyler was already rapping about it too.
Aw, nah, boy don't cut that wood Found out your flowers don't smell that good? But if they smell real good to him Then he don't need nobody else nose to win
cherry bomb^
There's something 'bout the way you pick your cherries (You blow me away) With your cherry (Cherry Bomb) Make me feel like 4th of July (Can't breathe) Cherry You light my fireworks There's something 'bout the way you pick your cherries (You blow me away) With your cherry bomb
blow my load^^ Fireworks were also a theme in flower boy too
Your garden is full from raking these hoes A handful of green and a couple of stones
keep da o's^
Now when I first saw you I could tell you was the one That I've been searchin' for I needed somethin' that was like the Sun Now all my flowers grow Right now my life, it blooms, baby You're my favorite color, my favorite color My favorite color's you It's like the endless summer, endless summer It never ends with you 'Cause you're my yellow, yellow, yellow 'Cause you're my yellow, yellow, yellow
yellow^^ is literally just a flower boy song on cherry bomb lol

and at the very end of cherry bomb, they talk about a movie starting
(Watch this)
(Favorite director)
(Gonna be good)
Alright alright let me do it, hold up, shhh It's about to start

Golf Radio also made a reappearance in Flower Boy. And its talking about movies again.
"Ride's over, we got some tickets to see s-"
I actually think this is a mistranslation (unless theres official lyrics posted somewhere but i couldnt find them). First off theres no "S" pronounced, unlike the "F" pronounced on blow my load. Secondly, it sounds to me like hes saying "Keep your eyes open we got some tickets to see-", which would obviously be a reference to Igor cuz thats repeated a lot.

But anyways thats all I've got. We've seen the 3 "movies" that tyler alluded to in Cherry Bomb, and now hes on to something different. This kinda fits with the theme of dropping personas in SORRY NOT SORRY. The movies are over. No more performance, just Tyler.

also the setting in SORRY NOT SORRY is a theater, I just realized that
